Changes to our Loyalty Bonus

Whilst we won’t be putting prices up for any clients completing Self-Assessment tax returns, PAYE tax refund claims or Partnership tax returns, we are regretfully having to reduce the returning customer bonus to 10% due to the huge losses endured though Covid along with the increases announced by the government to minimum wage, employers National Insurance contributions, corporation tax and ever increasing overheads.

We’re acutely aware of the added financial pressures and worries our clients are facing because everyone of us here is facing them too, so we have genuinely agonised over this and whilst it was always discretionary, we are truly disappointed that we’re having to make this reduction to the loyalty bonus.

We’re a small business made up of family and friends and we’re incredibly proud that whilst seemingly everyone around us has over the years, we’ve not increased our prices once since we started the business in 2009…In fact, we’ve voluntarily reduced them on three occasions, so we’re hopeful you’ll understand with all the added costs for the business and the families of the people who work here, that a reduction is only being made because it’s absolutely necessary.
