RE: VAT under T & C's clause 9.
Any new clients joining Bettertax from February 2011 will have their fees subject to the addition of VAT. This is a government directive and mandatory on all goods and services at the current prevailing rate. This tax is paid to HMRC and is the law.We have argued with HMRC about this but as Bettertax offer a service and VAT is chargeable on services, we have to adhere to the directive.
