Bettertax manage the administration and all dealings with the Inland Revenue on your behalf, leaving you to get on with your work and your life, safe in the knowledge that the next time you speak with us will be to arrange receipt of your approved tax refund.
The process is quite simple...
You will receive a Bettertax pack that contains all the information you need, together with clear instructions and marked points to help you complete the necessary paperwork. Once that's done, return the signed papers in the pre-paid envelope.
As soon as you are registered, the Bettertax refund service begins. We'll arrange a short telephone conversation to ascertain your income and expenditure for the year, complete your tax return or refund claim and manage the entire process with HMRC.
Your Tax Refund
We will inform you of progress and contact you once we have a statement of approval from the Inland Revenue. For your peace of mind, your tax rebate is then received into a special dedicated 'client' account held with Barclays Bank before being transferred into your nominated account, less our fee.
